Nasdaq-Listed ZeroStack Corp. Makes $107 Million Institutional Commitment To Increase Strategic Position in 0G Token Ecosystem

Nasdaq-listed ZeroStack Corp. has committed $107 million to acquire approximately 21% of the total 0G token supply through a financing transaction. The deal, expected to close in July 2026, represents the largest public market commitment to decentralized AI infrastructure and creates the first Nasdaq-listed vehicle offering concentrated exposure to this emerging sector.
