How insider transactions are presented

A guide to the filing dates, action labels, and limitations in public insider-activity previews.

What counts as an insider record

The preview covers approved issuer-related transaction records normalized by the backend. An action label describes the reported transaction category; it does not explain motive or establish an investment view.

Public preview boundary

When public-display rights and a stable snapshot are available, up to two records may be shown. Shares, price, transaction value, raw filings, and restricted records are not included in this public contract.

How to use the information

Insider activity is most useful when evaluated over time and alongside role, ownership, scheduled-sale context, company disclosures, and market conditions.

  • Compare transaction and filing dates before judging recency.
  • One transaction rarely provides enough context on its own.
  • Verify material decisions against the original issuer or regulatory filing.
