1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of Lazy Trader AI on the web, iOS, Android, and related services operated by CYBRCOST LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CYBRCOST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Informational service only
Lazy Trader AI is a market-research and information tool. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, exchange, bank, custodian, or fiduciary. We do not execute or route trades, hold customer funds or securities, or provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Nothing in the service is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, option, digital asset, or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.
3. Accounts and account security
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and devices secure. Passwordless links and codes are personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Notify us promptly at support@lazytraderai.com if you believe your account or connected service has been accessed without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Lazy Trader AI only for lawful, personal or internal business research. You may not:
- scrape, bulk-download, resell, sublicense, republish, or create a competing data product from the service;
- circumvent authentication, subscriptions, usage limits, robots directives, or technical access controls;
- probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, abuse APIs, or interfere with another user;
- use the service for market manipulation, fraud, unlawful trading, harassment, or infringement; or
- misrepresent AI output or third-party data as verified fact or as advice issued by CYBRCOST.
5. Market data, third-party content, and AI
Quotes, filings, news, options activity, institutional data, and other information may come from third parties or public records. Data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, corrected, unavailable, or inaccurate. Source timestamps describe when an observation was recorded; they do not guarantee freshness when you view it.
AI-generated summaries and chat responses are probabilistic and may contain errors, omit context, or misinterpret data. They are not independently verified unless the service expressly says otherwise. Always review source material and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and cadence shown before checkout unless you cancel through the provider that processed the purchase. Your access generally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Taxes may apply. Store, Stripe, refund, cancellation, and mandatory consumer-protection rules may also apply to your purchase.
Prices, features, and plan availability may change prospectively. We will not change the price of an active subscription without any notice or consent required by applicable law or the billing provider. Deleting a Lazy Trader AI account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, Google, or another provider; manage billing with that provider first.
7. Ownership and limited license
The service, interface, software, branding, compilations, and original content are owned by CYBRCOST or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Third-party names, trademarks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners. No license to them is granted except as necessary to use the service.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or provider terms, manage capacity, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion from Profile, subject to retention described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CYBRCOST DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS. We do not guarantee any investment outcome, data accuracy, AI output, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBRCOST AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid CYBRCOST for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Subject to such mandatory rights, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide any additional notice required by law. Questions may be sent to support@lazytraderai.com.
