1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how CYBRCOST LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Lazy Trader AI on web, iOS, Android, and related support channels. CYBRCOST is the controller of personal information covered by this Policy unless another notice says otherwise.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, display name, account identifiers, authentication events, onboarding answers, and preferences.
- Research content: watchlists, saved symbols, AI prompts and responses, chat titles and history, searches, and feedback.
- Portfolio information: manually entered holdings and, if you connect a supported brokerage, normalized account, position, balance, and activity information supplied through the connection provider. We do not ask you to give us your brokerage password directly.
- Subscription information: plan, entitlement, provider, purchase platform, renewal status, and transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe, Apple, Google, or another payment provider and are not stored by Lazy Trader AI.
- Technical information: device and browser type, operating system, IP address, security logs, request timestamps, diagnostics, and interactions with the service.
- Local browser information: recent searches, navigation state, and interface preferences stored locally on your device.
- Support information: messages, attachments, and details you provide when requesting help or reporting a correction.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure accounts; synchronize web and mobile experiences; display watchlists and portfolio views; generate and retain AI conversations; enforce quotas and entitlements; process and support subscriptions; personalize requested features; diagnose errors; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and communicate about the service.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, email, authentication, analytics, AI, market-data, brokerage-connectivity, customer-support, and payment providers that process information for us; to professional advisers; in a corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law.
We do not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.
5. Analytics, cookies, and measurement
On the website, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog start automatically when pages load. We use them to understand how people discover and navigate Lazy Trader AI, which features are useful, whether sign-in and subscription journeys succeed, and where the interface causes difficulty. Measurement can include page paths, referral and campaign attribution, device category, approximate geography, performance and selected product events. PostHog may also record session replays of interface interactions to diagnose usability problems.
We do not intentionally send email addresses, authentication codes, AI prompts or responses, chat titles, portfolio values, share quantities, cost basis, brokerage account identifiers, payment-card details, or raw payment-provider references as analytics event properties. In replays, input fields and displayed private chat, account, and portfolio content are masked; market-data and general interface content may remain visible. Authentication routes are excluded from web replay. Both providers may process pseudonymous identifiers and technical data. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled.
The website does not currently show its own analytics choice prompt or Profile setting. Browser privacy controls may limit measurement. Contact us about applicable privacy rights or concerns at support@lazytraderai.com.
6. Retention and account deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.
An in-app deletion request deactivates the account and ends the web session. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, fraud-prevention logs, transaction records, or where law requires retention. Active subscriptions should be canceled with the purchase provider before account deletion.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may update your display name, manage watchlists and manually entered positions, delete chats, disconnect supported services when that option is available, and request account deletion. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
Residents of certain jurisdictions, including California where the law applies, may have rights to know, correct, delete, or limit use of certain information; opt out of a sale or qualifying sharing; and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
Submit requests to support@lazytraderai.com. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or qualifying sharing to opt out of as of the effective date.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, server-managed authentication, access controls, and separation of public and account data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details, brokerage credentials, private keys, or government identifiers through support email or AI chat.
9. International transfers and children
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards.
Lazy Trader AI is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18 to create an account. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required.
